Virginia E. Lee, DMD
Dr. Virginia E. Lee was born and raised in York, Pennsylvania. She attended Franklin and Marshall College, where she received a Bachelor’s Degree in biology. She went on to earn her D.M.D. from Temple University in Philadelphia. Following dental school, Dr. Lee received her training in oral and maxillofacial surgery from University of Maryland Medical Systems and from R Adams Cowley Shock Trauma Center in Baltimore, Maryland. She started her practice in 1998, and it continues now as Capital Oral & Facial Surgery Center.
She has devoted her professional career to all aspects of oral and maxillofacial surgery, with special interests in the surgical removal of teeth, the placement of dental implants, bone grafting, sinus lifts and other cosmetic procedures.
To keep current on the latest developments in the field of oral & facial surgery, Dr. Lee maintains her memberships in the American Association of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons, the American Dental Association, and the D.C. Dental Society.
Dr. Lee’s expert knowledge of oral surgery and personalized approach to treating patients have made her a sought-after practitioner for patients who want the highest levels of surgical care. A gentle and compassionate chairside rapport is as much a part of her success as her unparalleled clinical skill.
